Colin, President, Managing Director of Imperium Consulting Group. He is a 25-year financial services industry veteran, having previously worked at three global professional services firms. Joseph Stella, Chief Operating Officer, Managing Director for Imperium Consulting Group. He is a 30-year construction industry veteran with broad experience from field operations to executive leadership. He is applying operational principles garnered over decades of managing a construction company and complex projects to now managing the daily operations of Imperium, putting in place both a nimble and organized structure, with defined processes and protocols applied to fulfilling client engagements. Joe provides expertise managing engagements and performing various consulting and project advisory services for the engineering and construction industries. His focus areas include project risk assessments, project and contract audits, contract claims, insurance claims, executive management consultation and dispute resolution. Joe has noted, “I enjoy adapting my real-life experiences and lessons-learned in business to the current challenges and problems that our clients face, leading to practical and proven solutions.” Joe is an avid golfer and photographer with a sly wit and sense of humor, unlike Colin.

Arnie is Managing Director of Imperium Consulting Group, based in New York City. In this role he brings more than 30 years insurance industry experience to organizations seeking risk management services in preparing, managing, and recovering from complex economic loss. Arnie is an attorney with expertise in all aspects of property and casualty insurance law, appraisals, and claims. As an entrepreneur, Arnie has built successful consulting groups that have resolved claims more than $10 billion for clients across myriad industries. These losses include some of the largest property and business interruption claims in history, arising out of catastrophes such as September 11th, hurricanes Katrina and Sandy, as well as losses from the 2020 Pandemic. Arnie shares his greatest take-away from the industry: “Although we deal in a business of catastrophic loss, we also get to experience the greatest in humanity following a disaster. The outpouring of support and overwhelming response from communities, and beyond, refocuses attention on recovery and resiliency. Frank is Managing Director of Imperium Consulting Group based in New York. Anita Bernstein is a Senior Director for Imperium Consulting Group. She specializes in project scheduling, contract performance audits, contract claims and disputes, property insurance claims, Builders Risk claims, and Subcontractor Default claims. Anita has extensive and diverse experience working in the construction industry for 35 years, including over 25 years providing expert consulting services relating to scope, time and money. Anita has worked with owners, general contractors, mechanical prime contractors, attorneys, and consultants in both the public and private sector on projects both large and small throughout the United States and U.K. She supports clients at any point in the construction life cycle by providing services including developing, auditing, and managing project schedules; quantifying schedule delays, contract administration, project controls advisory, and dispute resolution.

Joe is Senior Director of Imperium Consulting Group based in Philadelphia. During his extensive career, Joe has accumulated thirty years of experience working in various aspects of the Insurance Industry, including working for both the policyholder and the carrier. Joe has spent the majority of his career consulting and providing forensic accounting services, damage management, and financial investigation support for national and international clients. Joe’s particular insurance expertise includes commercial property claim preparation, business interruption, builder’s risk, construction delay and defect, cyber-attack claims, expert witness, and other property/casualty insurance matters. He has also worked as a Chief Financial Officer within the private sector.

Steve is a Senior Director of Imperium Consulting Group.   For 40 years he has accumulated experience serving the engineering, construction, power, manufacturing, oil and gas and pharmaceutical sectors both domestically and internationally. Experienced in contract dispute resolution and extensive claims and litigation experience providing financial damages calculations including expert reports and has testified as an expert witness.  Steve has provided consultancy services including capital project management and controls. Hunter Williams is a Senior Director for Imperium Consulting Group, with 30 years of experience, working out of the Atlanta office.  Hunter’s services include the quantification of economic loss relating to first-party property and business interruption insurance claims, third-party liability claims, contract claims, product recall/product liability, and fidelity matters. Hunter is frequently retained by large organizations across a variety of industry sectors, through law firms, or referred by risk advisors and insurance brokers.

During his career Hunter has handled numerous large, complex, multi-million dollar claims.  He has also assisted clients dealing with mass tort cases in determining strategies for settlements with the large numbers of claimants to avoid class action status.  Hunter has assisted in fraud and employee theft investigations by conducting interviews, preparing loss calculations and presenting the findings to insurance carriers and other potential responsible parties. Jon-Alec Parker is a Consultant for Imperium Consulting Group.  His focus is on performing data analysis, validation, and economic modeling on a variety of financial claims and advisory engagements. He has helped prepare insurance claims, including those under property, business interruption, builders risk, and subcontractor default insurance. He has investigated costs for construction contract and delay claims, including those involving government contracts. Jon-Alec  is also responsible for developing and implementing several of Imperium’s technology solutions and focus areas, helping to customize IT tools and processes to support and add efficiency to client engagements. In addition to using technology solutions for work involving claims or construction project audits, Jon-Alec has also designed and implemented financial management systems that help improve the way organizations use internal data as part of progressive decision making around operations.  He is based out of the Atlanta, GA Imperium office.
